AF Quick ground Sound

IAF Quick Ground Sound is a bedrock covering earth thichness meter.
It allows:

  • measurement of hard bedrock depth underliyng hearty materials;
  • extimation of resistence to penetration of different level in the hearty cover, (geotecnic qualitative stratigraphy) by measuring time penetration rate.

Engineered to operate in conjunction with AF coring system, it employes the same energizer and extractor.

Gas driven light hummer; minimum energy 12.5J/strike, frequency 20-30 Hz
